Application Procedures
Download and Complete the Application Forms (Instructions are included in download)
Items required for application:
- One passport size photograph of the student
- A copy of the most recent report from the applicant's present school, also reports from the last two years
- A copy of the applicant's passport and birth certificate
- A copy of father's or guardian's passport, including a copy of the visa for non-GCC Nationals
Medical Form To Be Completed by Doctor:
- Medical Forms
- Student Medical Form (Doctor)
- Student Health History (Parents)
- Emergency Medical Authorization (Parent)
- Parent Permission for Panadol
- Consent for Medication Administration (Parent)
