There is a busy Drama program that is in place for elementary students in grades 1-5 at TLCS. Drama is all about self-expression, communication and feeling confident about yourself, according to the teacher, Mr. Vassbotn. The students are encouraged to be creative and express themselves through movement activities, puppetry, costumes, dance and music."Proper oral English and confidence in front of an audience are also important elements of our program," says Mr. Vassbotn. "There are many characters living within each of us. It just takes a bit of work to find these characters and set them free, so to speak, but it is also a lot of fun"!
